Fani Willis and Wade Exchanged 11,865 Text Messages BEFORE He Was Hired to Prosecute Trump

Former President Donald Trump’s Georgia attorneys hired Charles Mittelstadt, a 59-year-old criminal defense investigator, and private investigator to look into any cell phone communications between Fani Willis and her acknowledged adultery companion Nathan Wade that would conflict with their sworn testimony.

The analysis appears to indicate Willis and Wade were communicating extensively before they say their romantic relationship began.

Willis is the locally elected district attorney who issued dozens of indictments in August 2023 accusing Trump and his allies of trying to overturn Georgia’s 2020 election results.

Under growing pressure and mounting evidence Wade and Willis finally acknowledged having an affair but both claimed their relationship began after Willis hired Wade to assist in her investigation and subsequent indictment of Trump and other Republicans.

During the divorce trial brought by Wade’s wife, the attorneys questioning Fani and Nathan Wade appeared to have set a trap for the couple during questioning:

The investigator’s findings allege that 2,000 plus phone calls and nearly 12,000 text messages took place between Fulton County DA Fani Willis and her special prosecutor before he was hired.

On Friday, Trump attorneys Steve Sadow and Jennifer Little filed an affidavit with Mittelstadt’s report in Fulton County Superior Court.

Using a cellular geo-mapping and analysis program called CellHawk, Mittlestadt’s report revealed “more than 2,000 voice calls and just under 12,000 text messages exchanged over the 11 months in 2021,” Friday’s court filing said. “A heat map … highlights the interaction patterns which demonstrate a prevalence of calls made in the evening hours.”

The report also indicates Wade made at least 35 visits to the Hapeville, Georgia, condo Willis was living at the time, a property owned by Robin Yeartie. Her testimony last week blew up the narrative Willis and Wade swore to during the two-day hearing. Yeartie testified that Willis and Wade’s relationship began before Willis hired Wade.

Professor Jonathan Turley posted his legal opinion on Sunday.

The allegations could not be more serious. Wade and Willis are prosecuting defendants for filing false papers and making false statements to courts. They are now accused of the same conduct, including allegedly lying under oath.

In a new filing in the court, counsel for defendants in the 2020 election case have submitted telephone records indicating that Willis and Wade exchanged over 2,000 phone calls in the first 11 months of 2021.

Those calls, it is alleged, contradict the sworn testimony of both prosecutors on their relationship. They have insisted that they did not become romantically involved until shortly after Wade was hired by Willis in the Trump case. They also downplayed how often they spoke, describing a limited level of contact in 2021.

Investigator Charles Mittelstadt submitted an affidavit discussing over 2,000 voice calls and just under 12,000 text messages from the 11-month period of January to November 2021. That later date is when Wade was hired.

The investigator noted “a prevalence of calls made in the evening hours and suggested that some indicate that Wade had stayed overnight at Willis’s home despite denials on the stand. Challengers are claiming that the records indicate that Wade may have been over to the home as many as 30 times during that period.

In her testimony, Willis was combative, declaring “It’s a lie! It’s a lie!” when asked about a romantic relationship preceding her hiring of Wade. Many in the media praised Willis as showing what a “good lawyer” she is in attacking the media, the defendants, and critics.

Well, this evidence could be the final nail in the proverbial coffin for Willis almost guaranteeing her removal for leading the politically motivated bogus case against President Trump.
